As of October 2026 we are sold out of beef. We are in the process of transitioning back to cow calf so it will be a couple years before beef is available again. Rotational grazed cattle without vaccines. Pasture fed non GMO hay during the winter to eliminate muddy corrals and add to pasture condition. We process truly grass fattened cattle that are fully fleshed out, but without the grains.
