Current pricing is $5.25 per pound of hanging carcass weight. Average hanging weight is 350 pounds.
The butcher fees are covered by the customer. Cut and wrap is $0.95 on the hanging weight. Kill fee is $37.50. We email you a cut sheet and handle all the butcher communication.
Total average price for a half is $2207.50.
